Getting in Shape with a Balance Board

Tips, health, by jay.

It’s no secret that I’m over-weight and out of shape.

I was hoping that skateboarding would provide a fun alternative to getting fit but it’s now winter in New England so skateboarding is not really an option.

The next best thing(s):

Balance Board – “A balance board is a device used for recreation, athletic training, brain development, therapy, musical training and other kinds of personal development. It is a lever similar to a see-saw that the user usually stands on, usually with the left and right foot at opposite ends of the board.
